I went to #italy to lose weight…
How does that even make sense?
I recently started training, once a week, for #hyrox. Given i didn’t want to fall too far behind i figured i needed to maintain some form of regimen while in italy. Running, some gym time, lotsa walking and of course watch what and how much i ate.
Lets see how that went.
Running: 3km..Consistently for 2 weeks every morning. Not bad.
Gym: No go. Week 1 could not find one. Week 2 i actually worked but it was also feragosto week in italy and some enterprises closed for the week. Week 3.. Found a place but it only opened at 4pm and by this week i was too far gone into vacation mode that i did not even bother.
Lotsa walking: Nailed it.
Watch what and how much i ate: resistence was futile.
The verdict: i gained 4lbs
I thought it would have been worse.
I will take the W.
