Ankle Chronicle: A week and two days later…
After a full week there are signs that I am getting my ankles back but the puffiness is still there. I had a soccer coaching clinic last night and it was so frustrating I could not participate in the practical portion of the session. Uugghhhhh! Hate it!

Geez…. I have really done one lousy job of chronicling the recovery of my ankle sprain… So three days later here is an update. As u can see from the picture my ankle is starting to re-emerge from oblivion!

My ankle recovery chronicle…
Well it’s day 3 of being at home, pretty much immobilized by this ankle injury. I figured I might as well chronicle the progress… Should have taken a picture yesterday as well… Oh well better late than never! Anyway seems like the swelling now has evened out all over my foot with some action also happening on the inside. Although u don’t see it in the photo some coloration is starting to happen.

now we are talking!!!! it’s a brand new year and hopefully this is the start of things to come for RIM! Can’t wait for February! In the meantime, can’t wait to see more from CES 2012!
Here’s how i started off my new year…
I coach a team of fantastic soccer players and after a 3 week lay off we started practicing again…. And clearly the 3 week off was way too long for one of us! Lol.

Had a wonderful evening last night with friends at the hilton downtown. We brought in the new year with friends, made new friends and had great food and music to boot! All on the 11th floor of the hilton… What a great view of downtown montreal.
